Chef Lisa Arielle Allen is an American pâtissière, with an extremely sweet set of teeth! After many visits to Paris over twenty years, in 2016 Lisa decided to make this gorgeous city her home. Throughout her career as an International School teacher, she catered small events, took private orders, taught baking workshops for children and adults, and enjoyed making surrounding lives sweeter with homemade cookies, cakes, chocolates, and tarts. Now fully trained at the esteemed Ferrandi école de gastronomie, with additional training at the five starred Prince de Galles hotel pastry kitchen, Callebaut Chocolate Academy, Edwart Chocolatier and Bean to Bar training, Chef Lisa is excited to share with you her love, passion and knowledge for everything sweet in Paris!
