Join Chef Lisa, a fully qualified French pastry chef and chocolatier, for a chocolate experience you will never forget. We will begin with an introduction to the history and production of chocolate, from ground to bar, and an in-depth tasting experience. Then, we will embark on a walking tour of the famously chic St.Honoré neighborhood, exploring and tasting several of the award-winning chocolatiers in the area. We’ll also have the opportunity to visit and taste pastries and macarons, according to your wishes.

 

Have your gift list ready, as you will surely be tempted to purchase some of the incredible chocolates, jarred confections, and recipe books that these shops have to offer.

 

Finally, we will arrive back at our privatized Chocolate Atelier, where you will have a chance to create some of your very own chocolates! Choose from milk or dark chocolate and a variety of molds and fillings.

 

Each tour is customizable depending on your group’s particular interests, sweet weaknesses, location and how much you’re willing to walk. We will also coordinate ahead of time to prepare chocolate recipes to suit your very own desires and whims!
